Halo Water Proofing is a OH-licensed Vapor Barrier Installation company that treats every Athens job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Athens technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Athens homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Athens technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Athens calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Athens foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Athens homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Athens basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Athens foundation cracks with epoxy injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.

Book a Pump Check →An interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Athens basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Athens crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Athens jobs with written specs and a real timeline.

Word of mouth is still how most Athens customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Athens contract we sign.
